Support for SermonSpeaker 4.x is canceled as it is for Joomla 2.5. I will gladly assist you with minor issues but I will not fix any bugs anymore in this releases.
The fix is to upgrade to SermonSpeaker 5.x and Joomla 3.x, which is better anyway.

Hmmm, if you stick around long enough, you'll gain a huge respect for Thomas & the other guys involved in the project. There's a serious amount of time they put in to developing and supporting the product... And the support I've received in the past has been AMAZING.

There is no doubt that Thomas and his team put in a lot of hours, hard work, and determination to began this project and keep it going. I am more than thankful for what they've done.
