Support for SermonSpeaker 5.x is in bugfix mode only, the same as it is for Joomla 3.10.
I will not add any new features to this releases.
Please upgrade to SermonSpeaker 6.x and Joomla 4.x, which is better anyway.

Tested with www.richlandhillsbc.com/that-you-may-kno...74-why-don-t-we-love with Chrome on Windows. Video plays fine.

You may want to check the browser console (Hit F12 and check the "Console" tab) to see if there are any related errors.
Maybe it is also different if you're logged in or not.

Yes there were errors. I had to call IT to fix it. So sorry to bother you on an issue that was not yours. I will check for errors and other devices and browsers to make sure it is not working everywhere before contacting you again. Thank you so much for your help.
