JW Player not working.

Then you likely have a corrupt installation somehow.
You can try installing SermonSpeaker 4.5.0 ( www.sermonspeaker.net/download/sermonspe...component-4-5-0.html ) as it's the first release which is compatible with Joomla 3.x. Maybe that works. If not, you can try and see if you can install one of the 4.4.x versions and update afterwards. Not sure if that will work.

If all fails, you will have to clean the database manually and remove the traces of your failed SermonSpeaker installation. Most likely you need to delete the row in the #__extensions table.

Do I need to delete the JW Player too? Will it reinstall when I install SermonSpeaker again?

Plugins and Modules can stay, they don't interfere with the component installation at all.

Another question. What is the difference between the component and the package?
