Joomla 6?

I started the update, but a 500 error occurred. As a result, the component can no longer be found. I then tried to install the download file from Sermonspeaker 7, but the same error occurred.

A 500 error means "internal server error".
That means there is an error logged in the server log file.
Or you can enable error reporting in Joomla and get it to show an error.
You can try disabling the player plugin before updating, this seems to be a source of issue alltough it should not.
Also try updating only the component first and one extension after another, not all modules and plugins at the same time.

This is strange, I don't have any logs about the update... 

The error is strange. I don't understand why the "content" plugin calls the construct method of the "finder" adapter. That doesn't make much sense to me.
Can you access the Pluginmanager and disable the content and finder plugin? If that solves the error, try enabling one and see if the error comes again. Then we would know the culprit.
You can then try uninstalling that plugin and installing again and see if that fixes it.

If you don't have access to the Pluginmanager, you can also renamed the plugin folder using an FTP tool. It would be /plugins/content/sermonspeaker and /plugins/finder/sermonspeaker

no I can't access to the pluginmanager. I do a restore of the website.
