500 Errors from most links - After upgrade to Joomla 4

Still getting a 404. Just to confirm, I should just be installing it over top of my current installation.

Yes, installing it over the existing installation will update it.
I've got another idea how I could fix it. Maybe that approach works better. Interesting enough it worked for me with the previous version, but something seems to be different in your case. So hopefully this will work better now.

That did it.  I no longer get a 404 error when I download from the details page.
