question about single series menu item

I am notcing that the menu item leaves off the https: in the url wheras all the other menu items have the full url when you mouse over them. Is there something in the way the module works? I just discovered today that this is happening and did not notice it before when I was not using force ssl in joomla, it is the latest version of joomla and latest version of sermon speaker with seo friendly url

Any suggestions for me to where to look in the code or settings to fix this?

It may be a setting within that menu item (in the metadata tab the "secure" option. Other than that I don't know what could cause this.
I would have to see the page to say more.

when I saved it again using secure in the meta data tag, it did update and is now correct, I have the site also cloned so I can do development work on it and it did not happen there but it is now correct on live site

I can send you the url and what is happening now is that it is only that menu item that randomly changes to either ip address/menu item or another url from the server such as mail.name.com/menu item.

I do have the joomla sef on and using the mod rewrite and etc in joomla on an Apache server. This started happening in the past couple of weeks and clearing the cache clears it up and then it happens again. you can still get to the actual page by typing in the url. have done scan to see if site has been hacked and it has not and all other menu items are working correctly just the one for sermon speaker is doing this

claering the cache clears it up and it is sure stumping me as to where to look in joomla or sermon speaker and I am using the jwplayer 7 and that was updated recently via you releasing updated player and via joomla updater notifications

i found something I had not done with the htaccess files and forcing non -www to www adress. The problem I am having is just with one menu item and stumbled upon a discusiion in github for joomla and I see that you are very active in joomla github.
Hopefully this will fix the random problem I am having and I did many steps to resolve it. So if you have any suggestions, please let me know

It at least sounds more like a Joomla issue than a SermonSpeaker one, because SermonSpeaker doesn't generate the base URL part (the " www.soulanswer.org ") itself. That's a Joomla method which does that.
