Support for SermonSpeaker 4.x is canceled as it is for Joomla 2.5. I will gladly assist you with minor issues but I will not fix any bugs anymore in this releases.
The fix is to upgrade to SermonSpeaker 5.x and Joomla 3.x, which is better anyway.

Can you try adding "px" to the value you set in the parameters for video height? I could reproduce the behaviour when I only entered a value.
I'll fix it in the code so it will add "px" if only a number is set, but for now this should fix it for you hopefully.

better would be "320px"
px means "pixel" and is the unit of the value. Javascript needs this to work. The unit could also be percent "%" but for the height, this doesn't make much sense.
