Support for SermonSpeaker 4.x is canceled as it is for Joomla 2.5. I will gladly assist you with minor issues but I will not fix any bugs anymore in this releases.
The fix is to upgrade to SermonSpeaker 5.x and Joomla 3.x, which is better anyway.

Now I get this error Call to undefined function dump() in /home/ssa/public_html/components/com_sermonspeaker/helpers/player/jwplayer5.php on line 147

Problem fixed now my last question is since I did a reinstall I had to reenter sermoncast info the feed is working via a browser i've disabled SEF url so as far as iTunes is concerned there shouldn't be an issue correct?

iTunes shouldn't have any issues as long as the URL is the same (which it should in your case).
