Support for SermonSpeaker 4.x is canceled as it is for Joomla 2.5. I will gladly assist you with minor issues but I will not fix any bugs anymore in this releases.
The fix is to upgrade to SermonSpeaker 5.x and Joomla 3.x, which is better anyway.

Hi,
I want to fallback with wma to windows media player plugin, not the silverlight... as it consumes much time to install & work with windows or Linux...
I couldn't find the fallback function within the previously mentioned files... please help.

There is no such fallback. I'm also not aware of such a plugin. Windows Media Player is a regular Windows program and it would not work on any non-Windows operating system. That's why Silverlight exists.
