Support for SermonSpeaker 3.x is canceled as it is for Joomla 1.5. I will gladly assist you with minor issues but I will not fix any bugs anymore in this releases.
The fix is to upgrade to SermonSpeaker 4.x, which is better anyway.

Hello!

I recently was checking out our podcast link to iTunes and I get an error from iTunes saying "Your request could not be completed. The item you've requested is not currently available in the U.S store". I can't figure out why. I went to the iTunes forums to try to find a fix to the problem and didn't have any luck. Any ideas here?

I did check between our Mac and our PC to see if there's a difference with operating systems...still got the same error.

The RSS feed works and the link to iTunes seems to work until that error pops up.

it would seem that your podcast title and description are generic. can you change those to be specific to your church 1st? from talking to their support they're saying that Title, Description and Link have to be unique. perhaps that is what's causing issues.

Thanks for the help Andrei.

To change that description in Joomla I go to Sermon Speaker and then click on Parameters, right? When I do that I get the following (in the image).

I have a title and description in there, but I'm not sure why it's not showing up.

Found the parameters...There's more than one: the main parameters for SermonSpeaker...but also paramenters on the menu link I created to point to SermonSpeaker...that's where the parameters were not set.

This made the RSS feed pop up much faster and easier on Mozilla. I'll wait a half hour or so to see what happens when iTunes picks up the difference.

It didn't work. I made the changes you suggested, and I'm glad you found that problem!!! But iTunes has had 3-4 days now and I still get the same error.

one thing i'm not 100% sure about, but it could be that your feed URL is wrong.
it should look something similar to this. are you using any type of 3rd party SEO or SEF program, if so can you disable it?
