Malformed page links

Firstly thanks for an excellent piece of software, we've been using it for years without issues, but i've just noticed that the page number links in some of our category list pages are being malformed with a 0 before the ?catid= tag
For example - www.allsaintsmilton.org.uk/index.php/res...ngs-archive/sermons/ 0?catid=46&start=60, which gives a 404, If I manually remove the 0 it works. 
But it only happens on our 'Archive' page www.allsaintsmilton.org.uk/index.php/res...e-recordings-archive where it has a category list first, the similar page  www.allsaintsmilton.org.uk/index.php/res...u/service-recordings where the category list appears below works fine.
Any idea what's up?


 

I'll see if I can reproduce this on my test server tomorrow.

I think I have found the issue. Can you try the attached version? Just install it over the existing installation.
