When using Smart Search, I was getting the error "Out of range value for column 'state' at row 1" when creating index. After disabling all Smart Search Plugins and enabling one at a time, I determined the issue was within Smart Search - SermonSpeaker.
When searching for a resolution online, I ran across another Joomla Plugin that suggested deleting Trashed items. In looking at my sermons, I had a number that were trashed. I double-checked that each was not needed, then clicked the Empty Trash button within Sermons. I returned to Smart Search and clicked index, and the indexing was successfully completed without error. Prior, the index was probably erroring out when it hit the first Trashed sermon, resulting in an index of only 192 sermons. Now all 976 sermons have been successfully indexed.
