video not displaying

I don't see a version number in the plugin, I can check the file, where is it located?

You see the version number in the extension manager. But you can as well just download and install the newest one. Even if you already have it, it doesn't break anything to install it again.

got it, yes that is the version we are running. I have no idea what is wrong.
There is no server cache, I cleared the site and browser cache, did a database fix in Joomla. even tried php 7.4 that didn't help, set it back to 8.0

Got any other ideas?

Did you check the priority setting in the plugin?
That would be my last idea.
