Migrate Joomla 3 Sermon Speaker to new Joomla 4 site

Hello - we have an existing large Joomla 3 SermonSpeaker installation that we wish to migrate to a new Joomla 4 site. We are not going to migrate the existing site to Joomla 4. Instead, we would like to migrate to a new clean install of Joomla 4 and SermonSpeaker 6. Is this possible and if so how to do it (database dump or something like that)?

You can copy the database tables to the new installation. But you will have to make sure the same version of SermonSpeaker is installed.
When you then update to SermonSpeaker 6, the database tables will be adjusted.

However keep in mind that you need also some Joomla tables like categories and tags and assets as SermonSpeaker uses those core features.

Usually the best approach is to make a copy of your site (backup and restore to a different directory) and then upgrade the copy. Then do all your adjustments and tests there and if everything is ready switch the server/domain to the new directory. Muss less troubles this way ?
