Knuckle head needs some help with Search and book list

Trying to get the book list form the demo page which is a great feature, implemented, but having no success what so ever.
Also trying to get search feature or book list to work in sermons-categories-list/series?catid=10 also with no success.
Any help with getting me there would be greatly appreciated. I have blown up sermon speaker so many times I've lost count now.

To enable the filter fields (Book, Month, Year) you need to enable the parameter "Filter Field" in the SermonSpeaker options (Tab: Global).

Those filters are only available on views which list sermons, so not for lists of speakers or series.
Also the dropdowns will only show entries where there is in fact something to show. So it will not show the book "Genesis" if you don't have at least one sermon covering a reference from Genesis.
