Updating doesn't work as expected

Hi,
When I click Extensions UPdate in my Joomla site I get a whole bunch of warnings. Most are Sermon Speaker. What am I doing that is wron?
I'm currently on 3.9.4. I have only put 2 examples in below with URLs, the rest I have deleted the URL as the forum complained when I saved.

Looks to me like your server had connection issues to the internet (not only to sermonspeaker.net) and it couldn't connect to the update servers.
If that issues doesn't vanish, I'd ask your hoster if they added some Firewall rules or other security things which prevent that access.

I'm about to change host. Is there a way to update 'manually'? Can I just download the packages and upload them? Which of the options:
Install from Package
Install from Folder
Install from URL
is best to use?

Yes sure, you can just download the package from this site here and install it using "Install from Package". It will detect the existing SermonSpeaker and update it.
