Support for SermonSpeaker 5.x is in bugfix mode only, the same as it is for Joomla 3.10.
I will not add any new features to this releases.
Please upgrade to SermonSpeaker 6.x and Joomla 4.x, which is better anyway.

Dear Thomas,

My platform is Joomla 3.6.4 and SermonSpeaker 5.4.6.
I would like to put 60 of my 400 series into a particular order. For the rest of series I don't care their ordering.
I want to write some SQL to put sequential values into the ordering field of those series that interest me e.g. 60 to 1, and put all zeros to those series that I am not interested in.
Is it advisable to to that? I am worried that it might break SermonSpeaker or Joomla by doing so.

You can do that just fine. You can't break anything this way
