Support for SermonSpeaker 5.x is in bugfix mode only, the same as it is for Joomla 3.10.
I will not add any new features to this releases.
Please upgrade to SermonSpeaker 6.x and Joomla 4.x, which is better anyway.

I will have to check this when I'm back at my computer after my holidays. Never saw that error before so need to investigate it.
For the time being, you can set the error reporing to "none" so that warning goes away. It's the recommended setting for production sites anyway.

Can you try if the attached version fixes it?
I couldn't reproduce it but have an idea what could trigger it.
