Support for SermonSpeaker 5.x is in bugfix mode only, the same as it is for Joomla 3.10.
I will not add any new features to this releases.
Please upgrade to SermonSpeaker 6.x and Joomla 4.x, which is better anyway.

What is the name of the SermonSpeaker database and in what folder is it located? I am moving my sermons to a new server. I have copied all the sermons to the new location with the same folder name. Now I need to copy the database from the old location to the new one so the program recognizes them.

SermonSpeaker uses the regular Joomla database. It created 4 tables in it, all starting with #__sermon where #__ is your table prefix.
You can copy those tables to your new sites database.
Make sure to use the same SermonSpeaker version as the table structure may have changed between versions.
Also please note that you will likely have to recreate the categories and reassign them.
