Support for SermonSpeaker 5.x is in bugfix mode only, the same as it is for Joomla 3.10.
I will not add any new features to this releases.
Please upgrade to SermonSpeaker 6.x and Joomla 4.x, which is better anyway.

Currently have sermons from just the start of this year. I had the default list set to 10 (same as Joomla setting) and pagination set to auto. The first 10 sermons showed starting with July 15th. And pagination showed. However, clicking "2" or "Next" only refreshed the page; it did not GO to the NEXT page.

I have set the list to 15 so you can see what's happening.

That's interesting. It seems to be related to having a different list length for SermonSpeaker lists than in the global list length setting.
I have to dig in more, but I can already repproduce it.
