Support for SermonSpeaker 5.x is in bugfix mode only, the same as it is for Joomla 3.10.
I will not add any new features to this releases.
Please upgrade to SermonSpeaker 6.x and Joomla 4.x, which is better anyway.

I have problem with date. How sort by date, when sermons was created, and not last edited.

It does sort by the date of the sermon, not the last edit.
There is neither an Option to sort by created date nor last edit date.

The tiles layout shows some of the metadata in a tooltip.
Of course you can create an own layout where you display the date where you like it. Some documentation to get you started can be found here: www.sermonspeaker.net/documentation/layouting.html
