Support for SermonSpeaker 5.x is in bugfix mode only, the same as it is for Joomla 3.10.
I will not add any new features to this releases.
Please upgrade to SermonSpeaker 6.x and Joomla 4.x, which is better anyway.

I inserted this code {sermonspeaker 366,3} and the name of the preacher is not shown. What could be the reason? See attachtment.

The speaker uses a modal for additional information. Maybe that isn't supported by your template. You can test that by switching to the default Protostar template.
I can tell more if I know the URL of your site.

It works with the Protostar template (see www.kaleo.nl/naast-de-bijbel/bijbelstudi...d?template=protostar ).

You can try the following CSS to override the templates styling
