Sorry, unfortunately I didn't find any Sermons

Hi All. Been using Sermonspeaker for many years, going way back into the Joomla 1.x days and really enjoy the ease of use.

Encountering a problem now that I haven't been able to solve. Ive searched the forums, and see that this has come up from time to time with various folks, but none of the things in the other threads seemed to have helped me.

I'm not 100% certain when this started, based on the Hits counter in SermonSpeaker it appears to have started around a month ago. I have since upgraded to Joomla 3.7.4 today to see if that would help, but with no change in status. Also, have been on SermonSpeaker 5.6.2 for a while now.

I have been using the same configuration since forever. I only have 1 category defined, called "General Topics" and every Series and Sermon are identified to that category, and my sermons are listed under their appropriate "Series" list.

My menu item is set to "Sermons List" with "General Topics" selected for category on the Options Tab. Like I said before, it's been this way forever and the issue just came up a month or so ago. In this current version of our site, I have about 93 individual Sermons, 10 Series, 3 speakers and 1 category defined, if that matters at all.

I've tried opening and re-saving the Category, Series, and some of the Sermons to try to re-save the Category, but to no help, so I'm pretty lost. I've also changed the settings in the Menu item as well to different views, but none show any sermons available no matter what I try.

That is indeed a bit strange. From the screenshots, it looks set up correctly.What I saw when trying the site is that the series show fine when using the direct link ( www.crossviewbible.org/index.php?option=...nspeaker&view=series ), but the speakers don't show ( www.crossviewbible.org/index.php?option=...peaker&view=speakers ).
They both should behave the same usually and thus something has to be different there which may or may not explain the issue with the sermons.

If you want, you can give me credentials for your backend so I can have a look there.

Wow, good eye! I went in and checked and somehow all of my speakers had been changed to a different category that was unpublished. I changed them back to where they should be (and deleted the unpublished/unused category) and all is back to normal with the sermons showing how I expect.

Still don't know how it happened, but appreciate the quick debug!
