Support for SermonSpeaker 5.x is in bugfix mode only, the same as it is for Joomla 3.10.
I will not add any new features to this releases.
Please upgrade to SermonSpeaker 6.x and Joomla 4.x, which is better anyway.

White background, white title font. I need to change the title color but can't find css files or options to change title color.

Any help to this new comer?

SermonSpeaker doesn't specify a title color or backgrounds. That should come from the template. SermonSpeaker uses minimal own CSS styling, most of them for the player and some for the edit forms. They are located in /media/com_sermonspeaker/css and could be overriden on template level.

Also there should be always a container class around the output, eg "ss-sermon-container" for the sermon detailview page. This would allow you to add CSS rules to your template which only apply to SermonSpeaker output. Eg
