Support for SermonSpeaker 5.x is in bugfix mode only, the same as it is for Joomla 3.10.
I will not add any new features to this releases.
Please upgrade to SermonSpeaker 6.x and Joomla 4.x, which is better anyway.

Hello

I have recently updated and started to use a new template on my site, on my old template it was working fine but where the player is loading it says "loading player" and it dosen't load,

I suspect I am being very dense here but what am I missing from the template files? to get it to work?

For some reason jQuery isn't loaded on your page. This produces at least two JavaScript errors and thus the player fails (together with likely a few other failures).

You will have to check the template options or ask the developer why that is.
