Support for SermonSpeaker 5.x is in bugfix mode only, the same as it is for Joomla 3.10.
I will not add any new features to this releases.
Please upgrade to SermonSpeaker 6.x and Joomla 4.x, which is better anyway.

Hello,

How can I influence the colour of the caption of the speaker popup.
I see that the speaker name is displayed, but it is hard to read.

I guess I need to go to CSS, but any hint would be welcome.

The popover title has the class "popover-title". You should be able to use that to style it.
