Support for SermonSpeaker 5.x is in bugfix mode only, the same as it is for Joomla 3.10.
I will not add any new features to this releases.
Please upgrade to SermonSpeaker 6.x and Joomla 4.x, which is better anyway.

Dear Thomas,

What is the proper way to disable the sitemap view?

Thanks a lot.

Dear Thomas,

I want to disable sitemap view because I am making a staff-only library system that requires a login to access. And I don't want to facilitate search engines or trespassers to read my site. The system itself is accessible from Internet so I want to keep information as private as I can.

May I have your advice?

Ken

That sounds like a bug then. The sitemap should only show public sermons.
Would that be in your interest?

You could actually also override the sitemap output using regular template overrides. If you make the file empty, it will show nothing anymore.
