Support for SermonSpeaker 5.x is in bugfix mode only, the same as it is for Joomla 3.10.
I will not add any new features to this releases.
Please upgrade to SermonSpeaker 6.x and Joomla 4.x, which is better anyway.

Is there a way to have all sermons show in the rss feed that is created using the sermon cast module? Is there a limit of only 10 or can it be over 300?

There is a "Feed Length" setting in the global Joomla Configuration. Change that and the feed will adjust. :)
