Support for SermonSpeaker 5.x is in bugfix mode only, the same as it is for Joomla 3.10.
I will not add any new features to this releases.
Please upgrade to SermonSpeaker 6.x and Joomla 4.x, which is better anyway.

I built this site for my church and I can't figure out what happened to this: www.calvarywilliams.org/messages/rss It's connected to subscribing to the rss feed of sermons. Can someone please help me. Being that Itunes and hundreds of apps point to that exact page I need this fixed and the same url not another one. I t worked for months. I have component sh404 SEF installed is this conflicting with it? Please help to fix it.

If the menu item is still correctly pointing to the feed, then it likely will be sh404SEF messing up.
Without having access to your backend I can't say more.

I unistalled that component sh404sef and all of it's plugins etc. It didn't fix it. I'm also wondering if it is the template. Can I give you access to resolve this for me please?

I don't think it's coming from the template. I tried with appending &template=protostar (which would load the default protostar template) and it still doesn't work.
THere must be some plugin intercepting the request or something. Maybe it's also some Firewall.

If you want me to have a look, please send the backend credentials to me using the contact form.
