Support for SermonSpeaker 5.x is in bugfix mode only, the same as it is for Joomla 3.10.
I will not add any new features to this releases.
Please upgrade to SermonSpeaker 6.x and Joomla 4.x, which is better anyway.

When I click the Lookup ID3 Tag button, the date is not correct.
The year is correct, but the month and day are not.
I use Sound Forge Audio Studio 10.0 to record sermons.
The ICRD field has the format for the date as 2016-06-26.
All the ID3 tags are fine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

What do you mean with "wrong"? Are the day and month interchanged or are they randomly wrong? Or a day off?
I'm not sure what you mean with ICRD field. The ID3 tags use a field TDAT (date in DDMM format) and TYER (year in YYYY format).
If those are present, SermonSpeaker will use those. If they are not set, the lookup will not return any date (if I remember right).
