Support for SermonSpeaker 5.x is in bugfix mode only, the same as it is for Joomla 3.10.
I will not add any new features to this releases.
Please upgrade to SermonSpeaker 6.x and Joomla 4.x, which is better anyway.

I tried Sermoncast module and it provide thes xml with all the sermons that are marked On Sermoncast. Can I make a feed that contains only sermons of a particular serie or speaker?
I tried on the "Menu Item" setting at Sermoncast setting but I don't see any difference no matter what I put in. The menu items point to different series, but they are not interfering with the resulting feed.

The module itself only creates a link to a feed. It doesn't produce the feed itself. That part is done by the SermonSpeaker component.
You can filter a podcast feed when you create a menu item for that particular feed. You can set it to only display items of a specific category. But you can't filter it by a speaker or series.
