Support for SermonSpeaker 5.x is in bugfix mode only, the same as it is for Joomla 3.10.
I will not add any new features to this releases.
Please upgrade to SermonSpeaker 6.x and Joomla 4.x, which is better anyway.

The link for the fronted upload function doesn't seem to work...I am getting a
UNTERMINATED STRING LITERAL.
error message....

I am using the latest Joomla and SS versions...(as of today)
Any hints on what is going on here?

That's a JavaScript error I guess. Do you know what line triggers it? And can you also post the line before it?

hmm, it seemed to be actually an error of the template (Helix2) I was using.
Now, that I have updated to Helix3 it seems to work...
