Support for SermonSpeaker 5.x is in bugfix mode only, the same as it is for Joomla 3.10.
I will not add any new features to this releases.
Please upgrade to SermonSpeaker 6.x and Joomla 4.x, which is better anyway.

All I need Sermon Speaker is to create and update church weekly and special programmes on my church websites and have the previously done websites in the archive. How can I do this in such a way that the programmes will be in future dates and members will be able to see the details. Please somebody to assist.

You can create sermons for future dates without any problem. Just select the date in the future. Obviously you don't assign a file yet to the sermon. Youc an then upload add the file after the actual sermon was held.
