Support for SermonSpeaker 5.x is in bugfix mode only, the same as it is for Joomla 3.10.
I will not add any new features to this releases.
Please upgrade to SermonSpeaker 6.x and Joomla 4.x, which is better anyway.

You need to adjust your PHP settings.

These are set in a file called php.ini and usually this is done by your hoster. Depending on your host, you can create an own php.ini where you adjust the settings, but you need to contact your hoster and ask him if that's possible or if he can change it for you.
Good hosters do that quite fast.
