Support for SermonSpeaker 5.x is in bugfix mode only, the same as it is for Joomla 3.10.
I will not add any new features to this releases.
Please upgrade to SermonSpeaker 6.x and Joomla 4.x, which is better anyway.

Hmm, I never really thought about RTL languages so far.
What would be needed that it works for this? What exactly is the issue? Maybe I can figure it out

Actually, the table is already switched to RTL, as the title is on the right and the other stuff left from it. This is done by the template in the document specification. SermonSpeaker doesn't do anything here.
I'm not sure what exactly should be switched additionally. The english text obviously isn't switched, but this doesn't make much sense to do so. I have to say I don't know enough about this if it's even possible.

You mean the text "The Sin of Booze" should read "Booze of Sin The"? Or do you just mean the speaker, date and series should be right aligned?
The first is not possible as I understand it (and doesn't make sense at all).
The second could be done easy with custom CSS rules or a custom layout, but isn't really related to LTR or RTL.
