Support for SermonSpeaker 5.x is in bugfix mode only, the same as it is for Joomla 3.10.
I will not add any new features to this releases.
Please upgrade to SermonSpeaker 6.x and Joomla 4.x, which is better anyway.

Which type of link works?
If I display the file in sermonspeaker 5 using the first link, I actually see the first frame of the video but when I start the player, it says unsupported file type.
Here is the link

I found a bug in the code.
Can you try what happens if you remove the "www." part from your first youtube link?
And make sure you start the link with "http://", otherwise it will not work because SermonSpeaker thinks it's a local file.
I'm not sure if the second link type is supported by JW Player, the first one should work.

Are you using SermonSpeaker 5.0.3? And what did you enter for the video field?

Try updating SermonSpeaker to 5.0.3 and see if it works then. The link itself looks good to me.
You can also try to enable error reporting and see if it shows an error.
