No fast foward on player

It's the magnifying glass next to the drop down field where you select the file.
It will be glasses in the next release

Also thanks to you I've found a bug in the code. Actually the player should use it's intern code to calculate the duration if nothing is set for the sermon. This wasn't working due to a bug.
If you like you can extract and copy the attached file to your server, overwriting the one in

/components/com_sermonspeaker/helpers/sermonspeaker.php

This should fix it.

Unfortunately I can't extract the zip...

I don't see anything wrong with the zip. Unfortunately I can't put it up unzipped, as the server would run it instead of delivering for download

It works fine now The player looks for the length in real time
