Support for SermonSpeaker 4.x is canceled as it is for Joomla 2.5. I will gladly assist you with minor issues but I will not fix any bugs anymore in this releases.
The fix is to upgrade to SermonSpeaker 5.x and Joomla 3.x, which is better anyway.

In older version all sermons were automatically organized in view by date sermon was created on user side, and by date it was added in admin side. Now I can't make it work. It's displayed by the time it was added on both sides. You can make a changes in order from admin side , it works for current session and sometimes lost position after you logout. Even if it could be an option to order your sermons for users it's huge amount of work to sort every sermon. Can anybody help to find the answer, may be I missed something? Big Thanks to developers still super component!:)

In SermonSpeaker 4.0 it's sorted by "Ordering" by default. In SermonSpeaker 4.1 you will have an option to sort it by "Date" by default.

4.1 beta is out. 4.1 stable will be soon.

The number of sermons per list is the global Joomla setting for lists ;)
