Sermon playback being shortened

The sermons on my website are being shortened by Sermon Speaker on playback.

Shows up on the web as 9:52, however if I download the file form the server, the file is actually 10 minutes and 29 seconds

Can anyone tell me how to fix this. It is happening with all of our sermons all of a sudden

The time displayed should be the same time that is entered in the backend. Maybe its wrong there? Can you check?

What do you mean time that is entered in the backend?

I went into the administrator area and looked at this sermon, and it shows 00:00:00 as the time. I cahagned that setting to 00:10:29. Went back to the regular page pressed refresh, and now there is a text item that says time 10:29 but the player shows 9:52 and stops at the end of the 9:52

Ah I see, you're not really using SermonSpeaker 4.0 (see forum)
Maybe try updating to SermonSpeaker 3.4.3. You're using an older release of SermonSpeaker which has an older version of the Flash Player included. If I remember right there was a bug in this version of the player. Updating should solve the problem I think.

I tried to upgrade to 4.0 and Joomla tells me that it can not find an xml file
