Support for SermonSpeaker 4.x is canceled as it is for Joomla 2.5. I will gladly assist you with minor issues but I will not fix any bugs anymore in this releases.
The fix is to upgrade to SermonSpeaker 5.x and Joomla 3.x, which is better anyway.

Sermon videos are no longer showing on our website(can still see frame where it should be). It could be sermon speaker plugin is out of date as well as the joomla site. I have very little website knowledge and need help please!

It shows fine for me on the desktop browsers, but not on my mobile. Is this also the case for you?

I'm glad to know it works fine your desktop browser. It must be something with my devices since it doesn't show on either my computer or phone. That is an easier fix and a rookie mistake. I really appreciate you taking the time to help me. I'll look into the issue that apparently is on my end and not the website. Thanks again!!
