Support for SermonSpeaker 4.x is canceled as it is for Joomla 2.5. I will gladly assist you with minor issues but I will not fix any bugs anymore in this releases.
The fix is to upgrade to SermonSpeaker 5.x and Joomla 3.x, which is better anyway.

Talked to JW player they said i have to change the hTML5 stretching to exact fit if u tell me what line to change that'd be sweet.

I can tell you where the options are set for the player, but how exactly you would have to do that I don't know.
See the file /components/com_sermonspeaker/helpers/player/jwplayer5.php. This is the class which generates everything related to the JW Player 5.
You most likely will have to add a new entry to the $options array here after line 89.

However I don't know how you could do it for HTML5 only.
