Support for SermonSpeaker 4.x is canceled as it is for Joomla 2.5. I will gladly assist you with minor issues but I will not fix any bugs anymore in this releases.
The fix is to upgrade to SermonSpeaker 5.x and Joomla 3.x, which is better anyway.

I would like to customize all sermons/show link option in 'Latest Sermon' module to direct user to ALL English sermons [category] only.
Note: I have hosted other language sermons too.

Please can we allow user to select 'sermon category' for the 'show link' [/all sermons] option in 'Latest Sermon' module?

That's why you can specify a menu item for the links.

To achieve what you want:

Create a menu item pointing to the SermonSpeaker sermons list, filtered by the category you want
Select this menu item in the "Latest Sermons" module settings

On a sidenote: This menu item doesn't have to be visible on the page. You can create a whole "dummy" menu with such menu items, as long as you don't assign it to a module and publish it on the site it will not be visible. However it will be used for routing and stuff.
