Sermon Downloads Not Working

Hello,

There seems to be a problem with downloads on a site I administer:

www.fpchurch.org.uk/index.php?option=com...w=sermons&Itemid=111

If you click on download on the main listing page, you get this error in a popup:

"Encountered an error while accessing the database"

If you go to the individual sermon page and click on download you get this error:

"File not Found!"

Any ideas what's wrong?

Where are you storing the sermons? What is the path stored in the sermon form?

The sermons are stored in in a subfolder "sermons" in the hosting root.

An example path on the form is:

/Sermons/2013/05/SK-Hebrews1v1-3-1190513.mp3

I should have said in my original post that listening online works fine, the problem is just with downloading.

The sermons have to be within the Joomla directory. Otherwise Joomla will not be able to read them. So if they are stored in /sermons and Joomla is in /joomla, then the download will not work as Joomla doesn't have access to the files. But then probably also uploading doesn't work and other functions as well.

Joomla is in the root folder.
