Support for SermonSpeaker 4.x is canceled as it is for Joomla 2.5. I will gladly assist you with minor issues but I will not fix any bugs anymore in this releases.
The fix is to upgrade to SermonSpeaker 5.x and Joomla 3.x, which is better anyway.

Last question how long will it take for the iTunes store to populate with all of the episodes only seen one since the podcast was approved got the email from iTunes. I was told they probably would poll my feed once a day or so.

Hard to say what Apple will do. But I would give them a few days at least. They're not the fastest imho :-)

I'd keep also searching podcasts I've had couple of them get approved and I've never gotten an email about it.
