Error on iOS devices

The video could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.

I get this on any iOS device currently. The videos play fine on my PC and Droid using the default browser. The LongTail Video forums said the problem was the path My host has 5.7 which we are using for our live stream on a seperate page and we are using 5.10 with sermon speaker install. Should I upgrade the player? or is this more likely a host issue?

Do you have an URL where I could have a look? Also which SermonSpeaker version are you using?

One thing that is special with iOS is that it doesn't support Flash. So we're talking about the HTML5 fallback mode of the JW Player.

I am using 4.4.6. The link to check is www.southsidealliance.org/ssamedia/archive click on eof the series an dthen just play any of the videos.

I just tested it with Safari on Windows and Flash disabled and it looks ok for me. Basically that's the same browser you have on an iOS device. Maybe Apple can tell you more why this doesn't work on their devices.
Maybe also check if it works if you enter the plain path to the mp4 file. If that doesn't work neither, it's an issue with your host or iOS or whatever, but clearly not with SermonSpeaker or JW Player
