Support for SermonSpeaker 4.x is canceled as it is for Joomla 2.5. I will gladly assist you with minor issues but I will not fix any bugs anymore in this releases.
The fix is to upgrade to SermonSpeaker 5.x and Joomla 3.x, which is better anyway.

Ok I renamed the htaccess file. Menu items seem to be ok. The podcast link is still getting an error though.

Can you give me backend access so I could have a closer look? You can email user and password to bakual@bakual.ch.

So far I don't see why it doesn't work. The Menu entry is correctly created with the suffix ".raw". This was the bug I know and the workaround is working.

For some reason it still searchs for a HTML version of the feed view, which is not existent of course.

The culprit is the system plugin "Living Words". It fixes the document type to "HTML" before the routing is done. Disabling it fixes the feed view.

I've contacted the developer and suggested a fix for the plugin.

living word plugin also breaks gcalendar.

If you want to try a fix. Edit the file

/plugins/system/livingword/livingword.php

On line #22 it says:
