Support for SermonSpeaker 4.x is canceled as it is for Joomla 2.5. I will gladly assist you with minor issues but I will not fix any bugs anymore in this releases.
The fix is to upgrade to SermonSpeaker 5.x and Joomla 3.x, which is better anyway.

Wow sorry guys I was not notified about your reply [box was checked] and so I only now see that you did respond. Yet I turned sh404sef off and are now only using joomla's default sef and all is working well now... I have since then used this application on three other websites and find your application very useful. Thank you! See the live site at www.hisekklesia.org

I am also doing much studying of php and JavaScript and think I am soon be able to give some back to support your effort.
