Support for SermonSpeaker 4.x is canceled as it is for Joomla 2.5. I will gladly assist you with minor issues but I will not fix any bugs anymore in this releases.
The fix is to upgrade to SermonSpeaker 5.x and Joomla 3.x, which is better anyway.

Latest Sermon on Home Page was created by John
I'm trying to figure out if SermonSpeaker is equipped with an module for the "Sermon Details" page. It would be nice to be able to position the latest sermon on the home page somehow. Seems like it would be possible but I'm not figuring it out.
Any help?

There is a latest sermons module which shows the latest sermons in a list. It will show additional info in a tooltip if you hoover over the sermon title.
You can see it in action on the demopage on the right side.
Is this what you're looking for? Otherwise tell me what exactly you want to show, most likely it could be implemented

Not exactly. I was hoping maybe the Sermon Details, (like what is on this page
www.sermonspeaker.net/listings/sermons/s...ebendige-wasser.html
) Could be embedded on the homepage or any other page... but in a way that would automatically update to the latest sermon.
I'm using the sermon rotator now but I don't like it that much.

Ah I see.
Basically the data is already present in the latest sermons module. One just has to show them differently.
I'll have a look this week if I can improve the module a bit.
It will probably not look like the detailpage you linked, as this needs additional CSS formatting. I'd rather do something generic which works off the current template CSS. I'll see what I can do.

Thanks a lot. I really appreciate the great support. I think a separate module like this would benefit SermonSpeaker.

I've got something to try for you
I've added a new layout to the module which shows the sermons in a blog style instead of a list.
The layout can be set in the advanced options of the module.
I used the same CSS classes that are also used for an article (or in the "content" detailpage or "tableless" sermonlist layouts), so the look will depend on your template.
I've put it up on the demopage as well, so you can have a look how it could look.
Let me know what you think.
