Select Series for Single Series menu Item

I tried to create a menu item to point to a single series however, I can't seem to find where to select the series I want to display is. When I create the menu item it displays everything. Also, is there a way to display a single category? Like I want to display only Sunday Sermons on one page and then I want another page that displays whatever the current series of bible study is (Category: Bible Study, Series: Whatever series it is).

To show a single series, you need to select the "Single Series" view for the menu entry. If that is selected you get a tab "Required Settings" on the right side where you can select the series to show.

To only show sermons of a specific category you would use the view "Sermons List" and then again on the right side look for the tab "Basic Options" and select a category for the sermons.
