Support for SermonSpeaker 3.x is canceled as it is for Joomla 1.5. I will gladly assist you with minor issues but I will not fix any bugs anymore in this releases.
The fix is to upgrade to SermonSpeaker 4.x, which is better anyway.

Hello! I'm happily using SermonSpeaker but decided yesterday to take advantage of the RSS feeds. I submitted our feed to iTunes and am anxiously waiting to hear back from them.

I also created an account with SermonCast. I didn't realize that they are more for hosting audio/video...I don't need that. Does anyone know if I can set SermonCast up to use my RSS feed?

According to how I understand the service, it only is working if the files are hosted on their server.

I want to note that the SermonSpeaker module "SermonCast" doesn't have to do anything with www.sermoncast.com/ . The module will simply show links to the RSS/Podcast view of SermonSpeaker.
